In 2008, SIMO BLOWER undertaken Luoyang Xiangjiang Wanji Aluminum Co., Ltd. 1850t / d roaster temperature induced draft fan project. Due to the high baking temperature, the fan required to withstand high temperatures of 350 to 600 degrees. The product designer in SIMO BLOWER, solve the fan housing, the impeller, shaft material strength problems in the high temperature environment, by using the high-temperature and high-strength steel, and solve the heat problem of transmission system, through the installation of thermal insulation, heat sink, cooling devices, and the use of high-quality bearings. After the entire system into operation, excellent performance, stable operation, user’s feedback is good.
