This project is applied to a high-temperature flue gas extraction system, which places high demands on the fan's stability, high-temperature resistance, and aerodynamic matching. The main problems previously faced by the client included: large fluctuations in system load, insufficient efficiency of the existing fan, and poor operational stability. II. Engineering SolutionBased on the client's operating conditions, our company conducted a customized design from a system matching perspective: Aerodynamic calculations were performed based on boiler flue gas parameters (airflow, pressure, temperature). The impeller structure was optimized to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption. High-temperature resistant materials were selected to ensure long-term stable operation. The speed range was controlled to ensure the fan operates within its high-efficiency range. Through systematic design, the fan not only meets the current operating conditions but also possesses a certain load adjustment capability. III. Operational Performance and Technical Highlights According to client feedback, the fan is currently operating at approximately 60% of its maximum design speed. The overall system operation is good, and all indicators are stable.
