Xinxiang SIMO Blower Co., Ltd which was founded in 1955,with a registered capital of RMB50,000,000. mainly designs and manufactures Centrifugal fans and Axial flow fans which are applied to industrial systems, which is the senior member of China General Machinery Industry Association (CGMA). 
Simo Blower is one of the major large blower manufacturers in China. It has more than 300 employees and an annual production capacity of 15,000 sets. Its products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions.
There is an advanced Air flow Test Laboratory in our company. We master mature fan designing, testing, manufacturing technology, and can design and manufacture multipurpose fans according to users' requirements. So, we are able to meet users' complex and professional applications. SIMO BLOWER's products have been widely used in thousands of customers' industrial systems, such as Coal-fired power, Metallurgy, Papermaking, Cement and Glass production, Chemical industry, Material handling, Sewage treatment, Waste incineration, Subway ventilation, Industrial boiler and Dust removal systems etc.

Development History

In 1955, The predecessor at the earliest of Xinxiang SIMO Blower Limited company Xinxiang General Machinery Factory established. Which is invested by Chinese government, mainly engaged in government appointed general machinery equipment design manufacturing and service. Industrial fans is one of the many products at the time.

In 1962, start into the batch to undertake industrial fan manufacturing orders issued by the government.

In 1970, the first site of industrial fan performance testing system is established.

In 1972, industrial fan has become the main products of the enterprise. Company began to a large number of projects involving large investment by the Chinese government and foreign aid industrial projects.

In 1983, company changed its name to Xinxiang Blower Factory, the Chinese government is still the only owner .

In 1984, accepted the invitation of government, taking part in the setting of Chinese multiple industrial fan technology standards.

In 1986, accepted the delegation of government, according to the latest technical standards to finished technology upgrades and design standardization for more than ten kinds of fans.

In 1989, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics provide technical support and with the government investment, China’s most advanced fan performance testing system is built. And then to be designated as the Chinese government’s fan performance testing certification bodies.
To be invited to join the China General Machinery Industry Association(CGMA), become the one of the founding members of CGMA.

In 1992, undertook the biggest fan procurement projects of China, which is 8000 sets grain depot special centrifugal fans.

In 1995, made the first new type of centrifugal fan product patent in China. This product with advanced performance and good energy saving effect, in the five years after comprehensive instead of roots blower used in cement industry in China before.

In 1996, with the support of the government, trying to restructure the business with a local power plant and a water pump factory. But after the invest a large amount of money and energy, restructuring fails.

In 2006, Chinese government sold the enterprise to the China’s third largest motor manufacturing at that time---Xi’an SIMO Motor co,LTD. And the enterprise changed its name to Xinxiang SIMO Blower co,LTD. The government officially retired from the enterprise of capital.

In 2007, the company from loss to profit.

In 2008, company sales growth of more than 100%, the company began construction for the new site.

In 2009, the company’s new factory built and finished the relocation, and get the A grade quality credit certificate which awarded by government.

In 2010, won the government quality prize.And obtain the import and export rights, get rid of the dependence on import and export trading company, to provide products and service directly to customers outside of China.

In 2011, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics provide technical support and with the government investment, the third generation of fan performance testing system is established. And the designated government fan performance testing certification bodies again. The export sales growth fast, annual exports more than 600 units. Products sales to Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, South Korea. Company sales growth of more than 100% again, as in central China’s largest industrial fan manufacturers.

In 2012, export sales continue to maintain rapid growth, products enter the American market successfully, and passed the scene of the customers in the use of performance testing.

In 2013,SIMO BLOWER won the award for the provincial technology center of enterprise.Export sale of more than 20 million yuan, the international market has expand to eastern Europe and South America. In Russia's large steel plant project, 8 sets large fan that impeller diameter of more than 2500 mm one-time acceptance successfully, which opened up the export model of heavy duty fan successfully

In 2014, SIMO BLOWER general manager won the award for ten outstanding young entrepreneurs that contribute to economic development, also, SIMO centrifugal fan achieved CE certification and obtain the qualification for European market.

In 2015, facing with the new trend,SIMO actively deployed and relocate market. SIMO holds the responsibility to protect the environment, and constantly develops new products to suit to market needs, it has been awarded Science and Technology Progress Award.

In 2016, after thorough audit, SIMO BLOWER complete the reform of joint-stock system and named Xinxiang SIMO BLOWER Co., Ltd.

In 2017, under the increasingly severe situation of environmental protection, SIMO BLOWER success to cooperate with the largest Eastern Europe steel factory and East Asia Mine. SIMO BLOWER again become to one Model in dust collector fan and Mine blower.

The wind turbine design uses advanced three-dimensional model design software for design work. Stress annealing furnace

1.improves or eliminates various structural defects and residual stress caused by the casting or welding process of fan parts, and avoids deformation, cracking, etc. of the workpiece after operation. 
2. Refine the grains and improve the structure to improve the mechanical properties of the workpiece.

1000T double-arm hydraulic press

Used for the molding of impeller covers, air inlets, blades, and volute tongues to ensure the dimensional accuracy of important lines, thereby reducing the deviation between the actual operating performance of the fan and the theoretical design performance, and reducing the user's on-site operating costs.

Gantry milling

Surface milling of the overall base and motor base to ensure flatness and roughness, reduce the adjustment workload of the bearing box and motor, ensure installation accuracy, reduce operating failures, and ensure long-term smooth operation of the motor and fan. There are also products with sealing requirements such as casings or air inlets. The joint surface or flange surface is milled to ensure the flatness of the joint surface and improve the sealing performance.

Fan aerodynamic performance test center

The wind turbine testing center is equipped with a full set of advanced testing equipment from the Shenyang Blower Research Institute, which can conduct performance testing, data analysis and energy efficiency evaluation of wind turbines. It is the only test method to verify whether the fan performance meets the standards.
