Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) fans and stainless steel fans are two common types of corrosion-resistant fans used in industrial applications. The main differences are as follows: FRP fans are made of fiberglass reinforced plastic, which is lightweight and high-strength, performing exceptionally well in corrosive environments such as strong acids and alkalis. However, the material's upper temperature resistance limit is below 100℃. Stainless steel fans, on the other hand, primarily use 304/316L austenitic stainless steel, which has high mechanical strength and outstanding high-temperature resistance, covering a temperature range from 200℃ to over 1000℃. This makes them more suitable for high-temperature environments with corrosive gases.

The choice between the two should be based on a comprehensive assessment of the specific environment's corrosiveness, temperature, and pressure requirements.
