In April, let’s meet in SIMO. After negotiating centrifugal blower fan project with SIMO business manager, the customer can’t wait to SIMO Blower, discussing the centrifugal blower fan components issues with us face to face. The technical part of boiler hot air blower fan’s impeller, main shaft and other fan’s components were discussed.
The boiler hot air blower fan air temperature reaches up to 500℃, the impeller diameter is 2200mm, fan’s rotation is 4 pole,special wear resistance treatment of fan's impeller blades and other special requirements. There is no doubt that is a challenging centrifugal blower fan transformation project. After discussed with customer, SIMO’s engineer made 3D modeling for boiler hot air blower fan impeller, and confirmed the final replacement solution.
