Kiln system/incinerator system air supply and induced air

Air supply and induced air in kiln system are the key links in kiln operation. The supply air is to provide the necessary air to the combustion chamber to support the combustion process, while the exhaust air is to draw out the exhaust gas and smoke after combustion to ensure the combustion efficiency and environmental safety in the furnace.

Common fan characteristics

● High temperature resistance
● Low noise
● anti-corrosion
● Abrasion resistance

Special requirements for fans

The suction fan needs to be able to handle high temperature gases and not be damaged by heat. The fan needs to be able to accurately control the amount of air supply and ventilation to meet the process requirements. Some of the combustion products may contain corrosive chemicals, and the fan material needs to be resistant to these substances.

Typical application

Cement manufacturing industry; Glass manufacturing; Ceramic industry; Metallurgical industry; Chemical industry; Waste disposal.
