6-04 series fans have high pressure coefficient, low peripheral speed, low noise, flat performance curve and wide area of high efficiency.
They are used in forging furnaces and high pressure forced ventilation and are widely used to transport materials and air. The maximum temperature should not exceed 250 degrees Celsius.
Suitable for flow and dust removal ventilation systems in high pressure heads.
1. It can output higher outlet pressure and provide more gas flow at the same time, low noise. Stable operation at higher media temperatures.
2. The variable inlet damper can be used to flexibly adjust the pressure and flow of the fan during operation. The variable frequency motor can also be selected to adjust the pressure and flow of the fan by changing the speed.
3. Bearing cooling method: according to gas temperature and operating environment conditions choose low-cost water-cooling method or oil-cooling method with good heat dissipation performance. For extremely high temperature operating conditions, can also be installed with an electronic cooler, absolute protection of the reliable operation of the fan system.
4. The material of impeller and main shaft, we will choose high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, high temperature &high-strength alloy steel for different working conditions temperature and working speed, so that the impeller and main shaft at high temperature still maintain reliable strength.
5. The bearing housing is reserved for the installation position of temperature and vibration sensors, which can facilitate the installation of fan operation monitoring device.
6. Ultrasonic flaw detection on the welding seam and main spindle of the impeller to ensure that there are no welding defects or material defects and ensure the strength.
7. After running test and vibration value detection, the operation is reliable.
