Recently, our company successfully delivered two WB1-01№15F high-temperature centrifugal fans, customized for a combustion equipment engineering company. These fans, thanks to several technological innovations, provide a reliable solution for industrial high-temperature flue gas transport.

Core Technical Highlights
1. Excellent Heat Resistance: The flow-through components utilize high-strength structural steel and heat-resistant materials. The impeller can operate stably at 450℃ for extended periods and withstand short-term temperatures up to 500℃. The main shaft is equipped with a cooling wheel design, effectively reducing the risk of thermal deformation and extending equipment lifespan.
2. Highly Efficient Optimized Flow Field: The aerodynamic performance of the impeller and volute is optimized through CFD flow field simulation technology, ensuring efficient and low-noise operation under high airflow of 280,000 m³/h and high air pressure of 2700 Pa.
3. Intelligent and Easy Maintenance: The bearing housing has a reserved temperature measurement interface, supporting real-time temperature monitoring. The casing is equipped with a cleaning door and shaft end seal, enabling quick maintenance and reducing operating costs.
