A customer from French to purchase a number of European industry standard fan, on March 1st came to SIMO BLOWER for a visit. This trip Scheduled one day to visit, but the customer discussed with our technical engineers about technical problems for 9 hours. Therefore, the client re-booked flights to the next day.
Discussing for 9 hours, what are the problems to discuss?
(1) the working condition of the blower fan
Those blower fan used to Glass production line, which fans are requirements with high efficiency and high standard. Due to cooling fan and tempering blower fan are high pressure fans, the performance, reliability and the life of the fans have strictly control quality. At the same time, Customers have strict requirements on the fan welding level, the service life of the shaft coupling and the standards of energy efficiency and spray painting.
(2) Balancing for the core parts –impeller of fan
Impeller is the core part of the blower fan, so Customer required impeller balance level in accordance with international standards 4.3. In fact, SIMO BLOWER's dynamic balancing has reached 3.0. It is far higher than the international standard.
(3) How to reach the standard quality control
SIMO BlOWER's testing center is the only created and invested fan testing center by the government in Henan Province. SIMO BLOWER has gotten the CE and CCC certifucation, and also has ISO9001:2008 and other qualification certification.
Those fans are totally according to advanced technical of Europe. It is a chance to open the Europe Market. At the same time, it is a check for SIMO technology.
