Jingzhe of the 24 solar terms

The Waking of Insects calling Jingzhe, is the 3rd solar term of the 24 solar terms. Each year, the sun running to 345 degrees longitude is the Jingzhe, on 5^th March. The Waking of Insects reflect is a phenomenon Phonology. The twenty-four solar terms is the supplementary calendar to guide farm work in ancient China, and was formed in the Spring and Autumn Period.

The Waking of Insects means weather becoming warm. This celebration is a sign of the coming spring season, when the insects  awake from their wintertime slumber. The Waking of Insects season, spring equinox season, a bright spring day, all trees become green.
