The fan often wears out during operation due to the following reasons:
Abrasive wear caused by dusty airflow;
Erosion wear caused by high-speed impact of hard particles;
Corrosion wear caused by the combined action of corrosion and wear.
These problems will destroy the balance of the rotor, cause vibration, shorten life, and seriously affect the normal operation of the fan. In particular, the blades of centrifugal fans are most seriously worn, which not only affects the airflow, but also may cause accidents such as breakage and runaway.
For this reason, our company introduced welding robots to clad the blades with a wear-resistant layer. This process significantly improves the quality and consistency of welding, reduces labor intensity and operating requirements, and improves the working environment.
SIMO BLOWER will continue to improve its manufacturing level and help the industry develop with high quality.
