High-precision CNC spinning air inlet manufacturing process

As a key component of the fan, the performance of the air inlet directly affects the efficiency of the fan. The traditional "mold extrusion + split welding" process is cumbersome, inefficient, and difficult to meet the precision requirements.

In order to improve quality and efficiency, our company introduced a 5-axis 3-linkage CNC spinning machine to achieve one-time forming of the air inlet, including flange indexing drilling, axial flow fan duct and air collector spinning integrated processing.
