Recently, the SIMO BLOWER team visited its long-term partner, Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Group. The two sides held in-depth discussions regarding project operation, equipment performance, and future technical optimization.

As a globally renowned non-ferrous metal mining company, Luanchuan Molybdenum has long been engaged in the mining, beneficiation, smelting, and deep processing of molybdenum, copper, cobalt, and other mineral resources. During the smelting process, large quantities of high-temperature, high-humidity, and highly corrosive process gases are generated, typically containing corrosive media such as sulfur dioxide (SO₂), hydrofluoric acid (HF), and heavy metal dust. These conditions place extremely high demands on the corrosion resistance, sealing performance, and long-term operational stability of industrial fans.
Years ago, the client faced the problem of insufficient corrosion resistance of ordinary stainless steel fans during equipment operation. Due to the complex composition and strong corrosiveness of the flue gas, traditional fan flow components were prone to corrosion perforation and seal failure, increasing maintenance costs and affecting production continuity and on-site safety.
Based on the customer's actual operating conditions, the SIMO BLOWER technical team conducted a specialized optimization design for the fan, taking into account flue gas composition, operating temperature, dust concentration, and system parameters. The fan's flow-through components utilize a rubber-lined corrosion-resistant structure, effectively isolating corrosive media and significantly improving the equipment's corrosion resistance and service life. Simultaneously, through structural optimization, improved welding processes, and multiple sealing designs, the equipment maintained excellent sealing performance during long-term operation, achieving a zero-leakage operating goal and providing reliable assurance for safe production on-site.

After more than ten years of continuous cooperation, SIMO BLOWER's corrosion-resistant fan solutions have maintained stable operation at the customer's site, fully verifying the equipment's reliability and durability under highly corrosive and high-temperature flue gas conditions.
This follow-up visit not only further deepened the cooperative relationship between the two parties but also reflected SIMO BLOWER's commitment to long-term technical service and continuous product performance optimization.
