The Core Role of Centrifugal Fans in Flue Gas Purification Systems

1. Induced Draft:** As the induced draft fan (ID Fan) of the system, it is installed after the purification devices (such as desulfurization towers and dust collectors) to draw high-temperature flue gas from furnaces or production equipment, creating negative pressure to prevent flue gas leakage.

2. Transporting the Medium:** It safely and continuously transports complex flue gas that is high-temperature, high-humidity, and may be corrosive and abrasive through pipelines and various treatment units.

3. Overcoming Resistance:** It provides sufficient total pressure to overcome pressure losses generated at various stages, such as dust collector filter bags, desulfurization tower packing, heat exchangers, and flue bends.

4. Ensuring Process Operation:** Stable airflow and pressure are prerequisites for the efficient operation of downstream chemical reaction processes such as denitrification (SCR/SNCR) and desulfurization.
