The structure and characteristics of the Induced draft fan
The blower is mainly composed by impeller, casing, air inlet, driving group variable inlet vane damper and so on.According to centrifugal fan operating conditions, the material of impeller use cast iron and 16Mn. To ensure operation more stable and reliable, impeller passed by static and dynamic balance emendation and overdrive testing,with high strength and wear resistance，long life time service。
Casing-with steel plate weld into Volute overall.
Air inlet-air inlet of the convergence type made whole structure, bolted to on the side of air inlet.
Driving group-the main spindle is made of high-quality steel, using the rolling bearing.
Variable inlet vane damper- to adjust the air flow,Axially mounted in front of the air inlet, flexible rotation.
