The 8-09 high-pressure small-flow fan is specially designed for applications requiring high pressure. Under the premise of ensuring a certain air volume, the full pressure can meet high-pressure requirements. It is mainly used for blasting and other forced air supply in forging furnaces. It can also be used for exhausting or supplying air through hard pipes in tunnels. Fans are divided into ordinary type, explosion-proof type, anti-corrosion type and high temperature resistant type.
1.It can output very high outlet pressure and work at higher medium temperatures. It is suitable for any industrial occasion where high-pressure & high-temperature gases need to be transported.
2.When using the overall bracket, the installation is very simple and basically does not require the support of professional technicians.
3.The bearing box has reserved installation positions for temperature and vibration sensors, so that the fan operation monitoring device can be easily installed.
4.When the air flow resistance increases, the motor load will automatically reduce and the motor will not be burned.
5.Customized design according to customer performance requirements and optimized by CFD technology, the energy consumption is lower than similar models.
6.The components are closely matched and the sealing performance is good to ensure that the output pressure will not be reduced.
7.The impeller has undergone high-standard dynamic balance correction to ensure stable operation of the fan.
8.After production is completed, the operation test and vibration value detection are carried out, and the operation is reliable.
