In the converter flue gas purification and recovery system, the blower is a crucial power hub, responsible for dispersing or recovering the purified gas. The working characteristics of the converter dust collector blower are: gas dust content (standard conditions) of 100-200 mg/m³, temperature of 36-65℃, relative humidity of 100%, and the presence of some water mist; and the converter undergoes periodic intermittent oxygen blowing.

Based on these conditions, the blower needs to meet the following requirements:
1) Minimal pressure change when adjusting airflow, and no surge during low-volume operation.
2) High wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the blades and casing.
3) Good sealing and explosion-proof performance.
4) Good vibration resistance.
5) A low-speed (980 r/min) variable frequency speed control blower is preferred, as it helps save energy and extend the blower's lifespan.
