7-41(F) Double-Suction Centrifugal Fan & Induced Draft Fan, Specifically Designed for Boiler Systems
At present, there are many series of boilers, and the situation of burning coal quality is quite different, after installing dust removal equipment and waste heat utilization equipment, insufficient pumping force affects normal operation.
In order to overcome the insufficient pumping force due to the above reasons, the furnace has a positive pressure, which affects the combustion and normal operation of the boiler.
Therefore, various types of boiler induced draft fans have been designed and manufactured for the design and manufacture of air volume, wind pressure and boiler matching efficiency. Provide each user to choose an application.
1.The fan pressure is high, therefore it is especially suitable for 1-20t/h industrial boilers, which equipped with spiral pipes and multi-tube dust collector.
2.The induced draft fan is made into a single suction, different impeller diameter from 400mm to 3000mm.
3.The position of the air outlet of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing."Left" and "Right" can be made into different angles.
4.Fan drive mode is V-belt drive, coupling drive, double support type.
5.The fan has high efficiency, high total pressure, low noise, flat performance curve, wide economical use area, and adopts backward plate type blades. The efficiency of the fan at the best working point is 86.5%, and the noise index( than A sound Level) is Ls=11.5dB.
