7-09 series Industrial Centrifugal Fan&Blower

7-09 series medium pressure heavy duty centrifugal fan, with moderate pressure, industrial fans blowers flow, is suitable for conveying incombustible gas at normal temperature or high temperature (normal air, high temperature gas, corrosive gas, dust gas), as well as granule/powder/debris/fiber materials. This kind medium pressure heavy centrifugal fan have wide applications, often used in boiler, dust collector, the desulfurization system, cement, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, and conveying gas or material and so on industrial systems.

1. Can output higher discharge pressure, in the same time provide larger air flow volume, low noise. Can work stably under high temperature conditions .
2. Customized design according to customer’s performance requirements, and optimized by CFD technology, energy consumption is lower than same fans.
3. After many optimization design, air flow channel and impeller flow fan is more efficient than ordinary, more energy efficient.

Regarding to material of impeller and main shaft, we will choose high strength carbon steel, low alloyed steel, High temperature resistant alloy steel, High temperature resistant high strength alloy steel according to different medium temperature and running speed, ensuring the impeller and main shaft keeping to keep reliable strength under high temperature.
5. Can satisfy different dust loading conditions from low dust loading to large dust loading, the surface hardness of impeller can reach to HRC60~70 after special processing, greatly extending impeller’s service life.
6. Impeller passed high standard dynamic balancing, ensuring stable running of fan.
7. Adopt detachable design for fan system, greatly reduce the transportation cost.
8. We will paint installation number for each part ,it will be very easy for installation under the direction of manual.
